SmartISD is a hosted solution, meaning that runs on the SmartISD servers in a Tier One Data center in Bryan, TX. File storage allows you to share and upload files, documents, pictures, audio, or video to your SmartISD account. The higher your plan, the more storage is included. If you ever run out of space you can upgrade your plan.
How Many Pages Can I Have?
With SmartISD, you can have unlimited pages.
How are Backups Handled?
We back up our servers on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis. If you ever need to restore something that inadvertantly got deleted, just give us a call and we'll restore it as soon as possible.
Does SmartISD allow for Videos?
Yes, in fact you can even embed YouTube videos if you wish to save on server space. The only limitation of course is your storage space.
Will our Data Be Secure?
Definitely. We take security extremely seriously. We have a state of the art data center with thumbprint security and paid guards. We also have state of the art firewalls and routers that are monitored 24/7. SmartISD
