Initial Re-Design


MCISD Now
 Madisonville CISD became a client of Brazos Valley Design, Inc. (our parent company) in 2005. They initially wanted us to re-design their district website. They also asked if they could use a content management system to allow all of their teachers to have a log in to their site. After many requests for features on their site, the minds at BVD went to work & created what we now call SmartISD.

2005

The initial version (v .01) of SmartISD was implemented in 2005. SmartISD and Madisonville CISD worked hand-in-hand to determine the feature set that would eventually be called SmartISD. As can be seen by the pictures on the left, we also provided a custom website design.

2006

Madisonville CISD agreed to become our first SmartISD Certified Beta District and helped to test version 1.0 of SmartISD.  We also agreed to implement a new custom website design for their site. Their custom designed site combined with SmartISD v1.0 was launched in January 2007. They are currently using SmartISD v1.1. To see their website, go to http://www.madisonvillecisd.org
